Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our store's appearance and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in your daily work.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience demonstrating relevant knowledge.
