Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
