Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the shopping process.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
