Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in executing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts competencies and professional skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company procedures and maintain document security.
• Execute other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
