Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
