Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer experiences.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
