Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining stock levels, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and assist with cashier duties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with shoppers and providing assistance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
