Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by ensuring our store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customer service is top-notch.

Average Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
