Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a vital part of the team, you will handle various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and handle general cleaning duties.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
