Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
