Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report issues to management.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
