Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock store shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
