The primary objective of this role is to manage and administer ALDI Supply Chain programs, ensuring the economic security of products for the business and promoting company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Support the implementation of team strategies under the guidance of the direct leader.
• Recommend and implement process improvements within the area of responsibility.
• Analyze work processes to enhance efficiency, service levels, and reduce costs.
• Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations and utilize statistical methods for insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions.
• Create automated reports and dashboards for streamlined information dissemination.
• Assist in testing new procedures and systems.
• Comply with ALDI's privacy and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business.
• Proficiency in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
