We are excited to announce a job opportunity for the position of Supply Chain Analyst at ALDI. The primary objective of this role is to manage and administer ALDI Supply Chain programs, ensuring the economic security of products for the business and promoting company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
- Support the implementation of team strategies under the guidance of the direct leader.
- Recommend and implement process improvements within the area of responsibility.
- Analyze work processes to enhance efficiency, service levels, and reduce costs.
- Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations and utilize statistical methods for insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions.
- Create automated reports and dashboards for streamlined information dissemination.
- Assist in testing new procedures and systems.
- Comply with ALDI's privacy and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business.
- Proficiency in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
