Job Title: Team Leader - Store 7102

In this role, you will be the first-line operational supervisor at Jack in the Box Store 7102, responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Candidates should have at least 6 months of JIB experience with 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and in certain states, be ServSafe certified. Proficiency in English is required, with the possibility of needing fluency in another language based on the restaurant location. Strong interpersonal, math, analytical, organizational, and planning skills are essential. Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications, integrity, and ethical behavior are also expected.
  • Physical Requirements: The role demands the ability to stand and walk for 90%-95% of the shift, move freely within the restaurant, lift and carry 15-25 lbs, take guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors.
