Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to oversee Store 7103 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will lead and train team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring high-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.
Qualifications
- 6 months of JIB experience with certifications or 1 year supervisory experience in customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk during the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, operate a cash register, and read order monitors.
