Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an outstanding guest experience by delivering great tasting food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with JIB standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates must have 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to fluently communicate in English, and additional language proficiency may be required based on the location.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, operate a cash register, and listen to guest orders.
