Responsibilities

• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare, package, weigh, price, and monitor product quality and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cases, shelves, and workstations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales potential through suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report safety hazards promptly and assist with inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with team members and adhere to company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Passion for natural foods and the mission of Whole Foods Market.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various motions like bending, twisting, and reaching.
