Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare, the largest pediatric home health care company in the U.S., is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting, delivering quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Document nursing care provided in compliance with physician orders.
- Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
- CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
- Attention to detail, time management, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, travel, and respond to emergency situations.
