VP, Late Development Team Lead, Oncology

Job Description

We are looking for a visionary VP, Late Development Team Lead to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals and lead the Late Development Team in establishing and executing global product strategies in oncology. As a critical role, you will provide operational leadership, aligning clinical, nonclinical, regulatory, and commercial aspects to progress products from proof of concept to approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams and define product strategies from POC to approval.
• Create and execute global Integrated Product Development Plans for governance approval.
• Mentor team members, ensure team accountability, and optimize team performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective product development.
• Manage project budget, timelines, and resource requirements.

Requirements

• +15 years of global multi-disciplinary drug development experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Proven leadership in late-stage drug development with a track record of innovation.
• Experience in Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
