We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern to join our team at ALDI's Oak Creek Warehouse. This full-time, 10-week program offers hands-on experience in warehouse operations and the potential for a full-time opportunity post-graduation. As an intern, you will gain valuable insights into ALDI's culture of excellence and play a vital role in enhancing warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
• Assist in training activities and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to creating a productive working environment and improving warehouse performance.
• Participate in inventory control tasks and problem-solving initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on warehouse operations.
• Attend company trainings and meetings.

Requirements

• Current pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
