Wound Care Coordinator - RN
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on wound care to join our team as a Wound Care Coordinator.

Position Highlights

• Lead and integrate a Skin Health and Wound management program.
• Provide clinical expertise for skin, wound, and incontinent products.
• Manage durable medical equipment for wound prevention and management.

Requirements

• RN license with leadership approval.
• Completion of skin health and wound basics training within 90 days.
• National wound certification or commitment to complete within a year.
• Experience in clinical charting, incident reporting, and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
