Job Description
We are hiring Residential Youth Counselors to join Mount Prospect Academy in Pike, NH. As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will have the opportunity to mentor and support at-risk youth in a residential setting. Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and mentorship to students.
- Implement social and recreational activities.
- Deliver care and psychosocial education as per treatment plans.
- Develop residents' social and habilitation skills through positive relationships.
- Facilitate the residential routine and encourage stewardship of the environment.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree, 60 college credits, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license, 21+ years old, authorized to work in the US.
- Background check and pre-employment checks completion.
